Every piece is made to order. Production takes about 5 business days and standard delivery about 7 more. Express shipping at checkout cuts that to 3 days production plus 5 days delivery for $35.

Do the discounts really apply automatically?

Yes. 2 pieces save 5%, 3 pieces save 10%, 4 or more save 15%. The discount applies at checkout with no code.

Can every item have a different name?

Yes. Personalization is set per item, so each member of your group gets their own name, number or place.

Can we change our order after placing it?

You can request changes within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have already begun.

What is the return policy for group orders?

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will exchange or refund it. Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
