Refund policy

At JerseyXI, we are committed to providing high-quality jerseys for real fans. We want you to shop with confidence, and if there is any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request to change or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment, so changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

To request a change or cancellation, please email support@jerseyxi.com and include your Order Number along with the details of your request.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized jerseys with added name or number
  • Gift cards, unless the item has a manufacturing defect

To start a return, please contact support@jerseyxi.com. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

Return Shipping Fees

We will cover the return shipping cost if the item:

  • Is defective
  • Was damaged during transit
  • Was sent incorrectly by us

If you want to return an item for personal reasons, such as changing your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described
  • You need a size or color exchange

Please note that personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process and ship your replacement within 1–3 business days.

Refunds

  • After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
  • Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • All refunds will be sent to the original payment method used at checkout.
